How do I place an order?

ONLINE: You can place an order online via our secure merchant account system

PHONE: You can place an order by phone – just call our professional sales specialist at 1-866-526-1843

FAX: You can place an order via fax – 903-356-2567.  Please include all required information, such as item number, contact information, payment information, billing and shipping information.  When we receive your fax, we will contact you for verifications before the order is processed.

Please note that placing your order online is faster, safer and more efficient. It will ensure that your shipping address, billing address and item(s) ordered are correct.

What are my payment options?

We accept all major credit cards, personal check, and Paypal

Is it safe for me to use my credit card when I order?

Yes, we use a completely secure merchant account system.

When does my credit card get charged?

When you place an order online, there is a hold that is authorized on your credit card for the amount of your purchase.  Once we confirm the availability of your purchase, we charge your credit card.  If your item(s) are not in stock, you will be notified by our sales specialist.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation when you place your order.  In addition, you will be emailed tracking information for your order once it has been shipped.

How do I cancel my order?

To cancel an order, please call client service 1-866-526-1843.  Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard return policy.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be charged on all orders shipped to Texas (TX).

Using Promotional Codes

When applicable, you may enter a promotional or discount code upon checkout for additional savings.
