Wrought iron curtain rods can really look nice in your home. They are also easy to use to add a bit of extra style to your window treatments since there are many different designs of finials you can use to make them look more unique.

The first thing you need to do is make sure that you will be able to attach your curtain rods safely to your wall. A wrought iron curtain rod can be a bit heavy, so it is best if you are attaching them to a place in the wall where there are supports. There are also different colors of iron curtain rods available. Black and brown are commonly found, but you can sometimes find metallic colors as well. Choose the color based on the colors that are used in the room and the curtains or drapes that you plan to hang from the curtain rod.

Then comes the fun part. You get to choose the finials (the little screw on pieces you put on the end of the curtain rods). You can get anything from plain round balls to bunches of grapes. There are all sorts of different options, and you can search around to find ones that really suit your style and go well with the decor of your home.
