You can mount the curtain rod brackets for a wrought iron curtain rod to a concrete wall. Start by marking the holes and using a drill with a masonry bit. Then use plastic wall anchor inserts; drill the appropriate size hole according to the size of anchor you are using and drive the anchor into the wall using a hammer.   Hold the bracket up to the wall and drive the screws into the anchor.
